Provider was very good. After listening carefully, he figured what was wrong and proceeded to explain the procedure and the course of treatment.

Medical assistant asked me the same question several times. Also, in the middle of the questionaire, she remember to go to the front and ask for the paperwork that I had already filled out. As a result, medications that were prescribed at the end of visit, never made it to the pharmacy.

arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appt. Called in about 11:30. Went to receptionist because people who checked in after us were getting called before us. Her explanation was that the man called in had appt same time as ours. I started so he's double booked and she didn't say anything.

I mentioned that I noticed there was no sink in the exam room for them to wash hands and was told they are outside the rooms. Staff wore gloves but I never saw them wash hands
